Studying whole-body metabolism means making sense of many interconnected processes and the complex data they generate. In the context of brown adipose tissue, CRC/TRR 333 produces extensive data from cell cultures, mouse models, and human studies. Building on the previous funding phase, Project S01 continues to help all research groups manage, share, and analyse these datasets. Further, our aims are to extend our analysis pipelines and apps, increase automation in data management, offer training to newly joining researchers, and build shared resources such as a single-cell atlas and reference proteomics data for adipose tissue.
